History notes that most leaders come from the old men, but for this time we cannot judge just by how old someone, due to the three rationales which induce the younger could be able to arrange the organization.
The opening, as we know, to organize some concerns needs experiences, but not only someone who have old age who has much experiences. In this global era, young generation habituate themselves to join an organization so that they perhaps have rather showtimes.
Secondly, rising generation this time have the great knowledge. To emphasize this occasion, there is much information spreading out in internet which they can learn and that is possible to increase their preside abilities. Furthermore, course places and informal or formal education are additions for their leadership capabilities.
The last, of course teenagers usually have fresh thought and fresh spirit too. To ilustrate this, we already know that teenagers are more active then the old to criticize goverment.
Base on the reason above, generally despite the old generations often hold an top position, the youth prove that they can have great impression, high quality of education, and more spirit. To sum up, the old generations still have a big contributions, only we could not ignore teeneger capabilities.
